Your consultation will be held at James Collective, North Lakes. Please arrive with your hair clean, air-dried, and worn down so we can accurately assess your colour and texture. Please note, the $50 consultation fee is fully redeemable towards any future booking made within six months of your consultation date. The credit will remain on your account for six months and can be applied to your appointment should you decide to proceed.

Virtual Consultation

Your consultation will be held via FaceTime using the mobile number provided. Please ensure you're in a quiet, well-lit space with your hair clean, air-dried, and worn down so we can accurately assess your natural colour and texture. Please note, the $50 consultation fee is fully redeemable towards any future booking made within six months of your consultation date. Do I need a consultation before booking?
For new hair extension clients, we recommend starting with a consultation so we can assess your hair, discuss your goals and recommend the most suitable method. Colour clients can also book a consultation if they’re unsure which service is right for them.
Do you offer in-person and virtual consultations?
Yes. We offer in-person consultations at our North Lakes salon as well as virtual consultations for clients who prefer to discuss their hair remotely.
What hair extension methods do you offer?
We specialise in Keratin Bonds, Wefts and Tapes. Your stylist will help determine the best method for your natural hair, desired result, lifestyle and maintenance preferences.
Do you offer colour as well as hair extensions?
Yes. Our qualified senior stylists offer personalised colour services alongside our hair extension services, allowing us to create a complete result tailored to you.
Can I book with any James Collective stylist?
Yes. Our team consists of qualified senior hairdressers trained across all services offered at James Collective, so you can confidently book with any available stylist.

Where can I park when visiting James Collective?
On-street parking is available directly out the front of the complex. Please note that parking spaces inside the complex are allocated parking only, so we ask clients to use the available street parking when visiting the salon.
